Peachtree DBT will be offering Mindfulness Mondays again!
Mindfulness Mondays is a 5-week course that helps you develop greater
insight into the connection between your thoughts, emotions and body
Our next course begins Monday, January 25th from 9:30-11am.
The ongoing practice of Mindful Meditation has been clinically proven to
decrease symptoms of anxiety and depression as well as improve overall
health and pain management.
