DBT Bootcamp 2024
As we move through 2024, it is crucial that we equip ourselves with the tools needed to tolerate what comes our way; good, bad, and everything in between. One way to do this is to acquire skills that can help us tackle life in a way that accounts for the highs and lows and in a way that is in line with our values. Whether you want to learn new skills or enhance already learned skills, DBT Bootcamp is a great place to start.
Our team is excited to offer another round of DBT Bootcamp for Summer 2024! This version of the DBT skills is designed to provide you with all the DBT skills in a shorter period of time – the summer! Each day, participants (ages 16+) will start with a mindfulness practice and then learn and practice skills from the modules: Emotion Regulation, Distress Tolerance, and Interpersonal Effectiveness. Various teaching methods, activities, and role-plays are used to encourage immersion and rapid skill acquisition.
