Billing STATEMENT REQUESTS
Monthly statements (itemized receipts) are posted to your portal account at the beginning of every calendar month. These monthly statements will be available without the need to request them. The statements include all sessions from the previous month and will include all of the necessary details for you to submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
Please make sure you have registered for your Valant MYIO Patient Portal by using the link provided below.
You may check for your statements using the Billing Tab within your patient portal.

If you need assistance in getting signed up for the patient portal, please see an admin to get an access code, or call our main office and a team member will be able to assist you. Requests via email are sent via MedSender. Please check your junk/spam folders in the event it is automatically filtered to go there.

All statements are sent automatically—without the need to request them—at the beginning of each calendar month. These statements are available within your MYIO patient portal accounts under the Billing Tab.

Absolutely! When filling out the statement request form, you have the option to send via Post Mail or even pick them up in office!
