Just like our weight, our motivation fluctuates. It’s hard to find a plan and just “stick to it” yet society tells us something is wrong with us when we can’t. Through Cease to Crave, we will provide you with an array of strategies to then select what works best for YOU! Let go of shame. Stop being so hard on yourself. Find your joy.

Cease to Crave is a multi-modal program designed with you specifically in mind. We’ll work to challenge your internal roadblocks by building effective behaviors and thinking patterns which put an end to the restrictive dieting cycle. Participants will learn the science behind our emotions, behaviors, and thoughts and gain skills to overcome pitfalls. Utilizing scientifically proven weight loss techniques combined with new approaches to help you succeed, you will create a plan that works for you. Techniques are introduced in a seminar format with additional options throughout the week for individualized coaching and guidance.
