Steven Littrell, PhD
Dr. Steven Littrell has over 35 years of clinical experience as a licensed professional counselor. He graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a BA in psychology; the Center for Humanistic Studies (currently the Michigan School of Psychology), Detroit, Michigan with a MA in clinical psychology; and the Fielding Graduate University, Santa Barbara, California with a MA and PhD in clinical psychology.
Steven’s diverse career has included work at an adolescent residential center, adult day treatment program, clinical trials research center, correctional facility, local university, and inpatient psychiatric hospital.
Steven retains professional certifications in group psychotherapy, advanced grief counseling, and dialectical behavior therapy. As an advanced practitioner, psychotherapy with Steven addresses a spectrum of later life challenges, such as managing unexpected life occurrences, loss and bereavement, and interpersonal conflicts.
Alongside psychology, Steven’s interests include family, reading, and history.
