Through my own experience in motherhood, I was introduced to Lucie’s List - an online platform that helps with the transition into parenthood - or as they call it “a survival guide” which it was and still continues to be just that.

In their weekly emails there is typically some little tidbit of information that helps me not just as a parent but as a person in life. We’ve all come to the conclusion that life just isn’t that easy, right?! I hope we’re also all coming to the conclusion that just because it isn’t easy, it doesn’t mean you can’t do it… :) Anyway, this past week they shared an article about Highly Sensitive Parents and I found myself nodding along in agreement as I read.

Since I’m a firm believer in ‘sharing is caring’ (except germs, don’t share those) I felt it only fitting to share this article with you. Enjoy!
