Early motherhood is a time of constant change. Our 6 week group for moms of young children (0-4) offers a place to connect and grow.

  • Connect with other moms who understand what you are going through

  • Share your feelings and experiences in a safe and supportive environment

  • Learn about emotion regulation in your new role as a parent

  • Gain understanding of early developmental milestones

  • Build your confidence as a parent

When: Tuesdays from 10-11:30am

Where: Zoom

Format: 30 minutes of psycho-education (curated to individual and group goals) followed by 60 minutes of processing

Cost: $510 ($85 per group)
