Rethinking your relationship with alcohol? "Beyond the Buzz" provides education, motivation, and support for individuals seeking to explore their drinking habits, better understand how alcohol impacts their lives, and make healthy choices.
About:
3-Session Format: “Beyond the Buzz” consists of three one-hour sessions.
Topics include alcohol metabolism, social myths about drinking, social and physical impacts of alcohol use, and strategies for changing your drinking habits.
When: Begins Wednesday, February 5th, 2025 at 5pm and runs for 3 consecutive weeks.
Where: Zoom
Cost: $85 per group, for a total of $255 due at the time of registration.
