Courtney Bradshaw Baldwin, LPC
Courtney is a licensed professional counselor and foundationally-trained DBT therapist who practices individual therapy and couples and family therapy. She specializes in the support of young adult and adult clients who may struggle with anxiety, depression, mood instability, interpersonal conflict, or low self-esteem.
Courtney grew up in Atlanta and attended college at Southern Methodist University. She earned a Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Richmont Graduate University. Early in her career, Courtney gained valuable experience as an individual and group therapist for clients at various levels of acuity in residential, day treatment, and outpatient clinical settings.
Courtney integrates DBT and CBT skills into therapy with the goal of empowering her clients to manage the inherent challenges in life, to use healthy and adaptive coping skills, and to establish a "life worth living." Her therapeutic approach is client-centered, supportive, strength-based, and authentic.
Outside of work, Courtney enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, trying new restaurants, exercising, traveling, and volunteering for various organizations.
