Looking to expand your knowledge and use of coping skills? Join this adult (40+) skills class to build upon any prior knowledge of coping skills with a focus on advancing in your day to day skill use and application.
Course Goals:
Explore your core values and principles.
Create a life worth living.
Cultivate acceptance of the present while exploring avenues for positive change.
Developing a deeper understanding of which coping mechanisms are most effective in various situations.
Details:
This in-person class is 90 minutes long and takes place on Wednesdays from 10:30 AM until 12:00 PM.
Begins August 21st and ends October 9th.
Each class costs $85, totaling $680.
Payment is due at time of registration.
Please Note:
All participants are required to be in ongoing therapy with a minimum of one session per month.
Individuals receiving therapy at PCH or within the community are eligible.
Age eligibility for participants is 40 years or older.
Participants must not engage in high-risk behaviors.
New clients are required to complete a pre-class orientation.
