Cailey Binkley, LPC

Cailey is a licensed professional counselor and intensively trained DBT therapist, who provides individual therapy, skills training and treatment for adolescents and adults struggling with mood disorders and anxiety. Cailey has a special interest in working with the LGBTQIA+ Community and is especially passionate about dual diagnosis and integrated treatment of co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.

Cailey is from Houston, Texas and graduated with a degree in psychology from Lafayette College in Easton, Pennsylvania. She completed her Master’s Degree in Community Counseling at The College of William & Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia.

During the first ten years of her career, Cailey worked in substance abuse and dual diagnoses treatment centers in a variety of roles from therapist to program director. Her clinical experience has been focused on helping individuals find recovery from substance abuse, disordered eating and trauma. She joined Peachtree DBT in 2021 and is an integral part of our DBT team as a therapist and skills class instructor. Her approach to treatment is one of compassion, yet she chooses a direct style when addressing treatment goals with clients.

In her spare time, Cailey enjoys spending time with her wife, two children and their two dogs. She also enjoys camping, cooking, traveling, and taking their dogs swimming.
